The Iranian Women’s Sports Law Association (IWSLA) is an international, non governmental, and independent organization dedicated to supporting women athletes worldwide. The Association promotes legal education, advocates for fairness and integrity in sports, and contributes to the advancement and development of women’s athletics.
انجمن حقوق ورزشی زنان ایرانی (IWSLA) یک سازمان بینالمللی، مستقل و غیردولتی است که با هدف حمایت و توانمندسازی ورزشکاران زن در سراسر جهان فعالیت میکند.
این انجمن در سال ۲۰۲۳ در کانتون وو، سوئیس تأسیس شد و با ترویج برابری، عدالت و ارزشهای اخلاقی در ورزش، شبکهای پویا از ورزشکاران، کارشناسان حقوقی و متخصصان حوزه ورزش ایجاد کرده است.
IWSLA در جهت توسعه دانش حقوق ورزشی، ارتقای جایگاه زنان در ورزش و حمایت از حضور ورزشکاران فارسیزبان در صحنههای بینالمللی تلاش میکند تا محیطی عادلانه، امن و فراگیر برای همه ایجاد شود.
• ارتقای آگاهی و آموزش حقوقی زنان در ورزش از طریق آموزش و تبادل دانش.
• ترویج عدالت، انصاف و حاکمیت اخلاقی در تمام حوزههای ورزشی.
• ایجاد شبکهای حرفهای از ورزشکاران، وکلا و کارشناسان ورزش برای تقویت حقوق زنان در ورزش.
• توانمندسازی زنان برای مشارکت در نقشهای مدیریتی و تصمیمگیری ورزشی.
• تقویت همکاریهای بینالمللی در زمینه حقوق ورزشی، آموزش و سیاستگذاری.
• پاسداری از سلامت و یکپارچگی ورزش با مقابله با تبعیض، فساد و رفتارهای غیرمنصفانه.
با پیوستن به انجمن، به شبکهای جهانی از زنان فعال در ورزش، حقوق و حکمرانی بپیوندید و از فرصتهای آموزشی، همکاری و تبادل تجربه بهرهمند شوید.

انجمن حقوق ورزشی زنان ایرانی با تکیه بر توانمندسازی، برابری و شفافیت در ورزش زنان، از طریق آموزش، پژوهش، مشاوره و همکاری بینالمللی فعالیت میکند.
ارائه مشاوره حقوقی و راهنمایی تخصصی برای ورزشکاران، مربیان و فعالان ورزشی در زمینه حقوق، اخلاق و حاکمیت ورزشی.
پلتفرمی پویا برای ارتباط و تبادل دانش میان ورزشکاران زن، وکلا، پژوهشگران و دانشگاهیان.
انجام مطالعات و انتشار پژوهشها در زمینه حقوق ورزشی، حقوق زنان و سلامت اخلاقی ورزش برای ترویج شفافیت و حاکمیت مطلوب.
همکاری با دانشگاهها، انجمنها و سازمانهای بینالمللی بهمنظور توسعه آموزش، سیاستگذاری و تبادل فرهنگی در زمینه حقوق ورزشی.
The mission of IWSLA is to promote equality, justice, and ethical standards in sports while empowering women through legal education, advocacy, and international cooperation. The Association works to strengthen women’s representation and leadership in the global sports community.
Membership is open to all women interested in sports, law, and ethics — including athletes, lawyers, researchers, and professionals in related fields. Members gain access to international networking, training, and participation in IWSLA’s projects and events.
IWSLA provides educational workshops, webinars, and legal consultations focused on sports law, ethics, and women’s rights. The Association also supports research, publications, and collaborations with international universities and organizations.
The Association advocates for the rights of Iranian and Persian-speaking women athletes by providing legal guidance, promoting fair treatment in competitions, and fostering connections with international legal and sports institutions.
IWSLA was established in 2023 in the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland, as a non-governmental, independent, and non-profit organization. It operates globally with a focus on empowering women in sports and advancing sports law education.
You can join as a member, volunteer in educational and research programs, or collaborate through academic and institutional partnerships. IWSLA welcomes initiatives that promote equality, integrity, and ethical governance in sports.
